SHIPPING POLICY

FREE Shipping Disqualification Terms & Conditions:

  • Product weighing more than 80lb are subject to handling fee and/or charged Shipping due to special handling and shipping fees and are not qualified for FREE Shipping.

  • All Parts, Accessories and Used items are excluded from FREE Shipping Offer and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. 

  •  Canadian Territories Yukon, Northwest Territory and Nunavut Territories are excluded from the FREE Shipping offer.

  • Destinations in USA & International deliveries are not included in free shipping and charges will apply.

  • FREE shipping is only available for products shipping out from our warehouse to customer destinations. Return shipping are not Free. Visit Return & Exchange and Delivery and Shipping Policy for details.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Items fulfilled by Ride-iT but sold by another seller can't be replaced.

You can exchange an item through Your Orders if your return item wasn't purchased with a promotion (except for free shipping promotions), the return item isn't subject to a restocking fee, the return item was purchased with a credit or debit card, and the exchange item meets the other eligibility criteria listed below.

 

Note: We cannot process exchanges for gift returns and exchange items cannot be sent as gifts.

Exchanges for a Different Size or Color

The exchange item must meet the following criteria:

It's exactly the size or color as the purchased item.

It was shipped and sold by Ride-iT.

Exchanges for an Item in Your Cart.

The exchange item must meet the following criteria:

It's added in a quantity of one to the cart.

It's shipped and sold by Ride-iT.

It's not an Add-on Item.

It's identical to the item purchased.
